Lindemann works on Lagerfeld

There are several New Year's surprises in this photo!
Do we see the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld († 2019) with a BURGER? An unimaginable combination - Lagerfeld paid close attention to his healthy diet.

But just as it is about the real Lagerfeld, the burger on the plate is not a heart attack-inducing junk food. Lagerfeld is embodied by Rammstein singer Till Lindemann (58) - and he is eating a meatless burger full of pleasure for the second time.

In a video published on New Year's Eve, the German vegan manufacturer LikeMeat advertises its product - and for the Veganuary (vegan January), which aims to raise awareness of plant-based nutrition.

Lindemann sits - lagerfeld-like, with black leather gloves, thick sunglasses and a gray mane tied into a ponytail - in the flash of flashlights at a fashion show and watches the models feeding on the burgers at their catwalk show. Even gestures and facial expressions are correct. But there are small, telltale details: the nose piercing and the tattooed fingers expose the disguise.

At the beginning of last year, meat fan Lindemann took part in the LikeMeat campaign for Veganuary and after his meal announced: “I'm Till Lindemann and I just ate a vegetable burger.” He was wearing his disguise at the time reminds the pop artist Andy Warhol.

Veganuary is designed to encourage people to try a plant-based diet during the first month of the new year. The participants should eat healthier, protect the environment and contribute to animal welfare.
